Scooter Snatched, Last Seen With Mustached Man Nicknamed 'Budda'

The incident took place at the Hamilton Mill McDonald's.

A 17-year-old Hoschton teen found himself without a ride after his motorized scooter was stolen while he worked at the Hamilton Mill McDonald's.

The teen told police he arrived at work at 11 a.m. on Nov. 25 and parked the scooter behind the restaurant. At 4 p.m., a friend of his stopped by and advised a male acquaintance known as "Budda" was sitting on the scooter. A few minutes later, the teen went outside to check on the scooter and discovered it was missing.

"Budda" was described as a black male in his late teens with a mustache. At the time of the incident, "Budda" was reportedly wearing a Pittsburgh hat and a dark sweatsuit. The male, according to the teen's friend, arrived at the restaurant in a small, green passenger car.

The 2013 Honda Ruckus motor scooter, valued at $3,000,Β was entered as stolen on the state crime information database.

The case is listed as active.
