Emergency medical workers responded to several weather related accidents this morning according to Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services acting public information officer Capt. Jeff Johnson.
A resulted in slick roadways for area commuters and multiple accidents.
One accident, which occurred on Hog Mountain Road between Hog Mountain Church Road and Hamilton Mill Parkway just after 7 a.m. this morning, resulted in multiple injuries.

A witness said a vehicle traveling towards Hog Mountain Church Road lost control and skidded into oncoming traffic striking two cars.
Johnson said four patients were transported to area hospitals, but did not have details regarding the extent of the injuries.

Ofc. Heather Stafford, community relations officer with the , said the 911 center received seven calls related to three separate accidents on Hog Mountain Road between 7 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. this morning.
