Teen Awakened by Burglar

A 16-year-old boy said he was awakened when he saw someone open his bedroom door.

Police are investigating a May 31 burglary at a Hog Mountain Road residence.

According to the police report, a 16-year-old teen was sleeping when he was awakened by someone opening the door to his bedroom. The teen told his father he saw only a hand and a black sleeve. The teen shouted and the burglar or burglars exited the house. The teen was unable to provide any further details about the suspect.

Several items were reported stolen including a 46-inch Sony television and three computers.
