Two Men Dead, One Injured in Buford Shooting

UPDATE Feb. 1: 

Gwinnett County Police are investigating a triple shooting that occurred earlier this afternoon at a Buford home.

According to a GCPD press release, the shooting took place at 2283 Ivy Crest Drive shortly after 2 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two deceased males, both apparently dead as a result of a gunshot wound. Another shooting victim was discovered a few moments later at a nearby residence.

“That shooting victim is a white male and he was transported to Gwinnett Medical Center in critical condition,” said GCPD public information officer Cpl. Edwin Ritter in a released statement.

The identities of the deceased have not yet been determined. The shootings remain under investigation.
