Two Remaining Suspects in Rape, Aggravated Battery Case Taken Into Custody
Warrants were issued for five men in connection with the October incident at a Buford, Ga. apartment.
The two remaining suspects sought in connection with an alleged rape and battery at a Buford, Ga. apartment complex have been taken into custody.
Jonathan Burns, 21, and Grayson Granfeldt, 20, both of Dacula, were arrested on Dec. 4. Three other suspects were taken into custody on Nov. 27: Adam Gibson, 22, of Lawrenceville; Daniel Marmolejo, 22, of Flowery Branch and Tyler Whitehead, 21, of Dacula.
The five men are accused of assaulting an 18-year-old female in October.
All five men remain jailed without bond.
