Watch Worth More Than $2,000 Reported Stolen from Gym Bag
The theft occurred at the Gold's Gym on Auburn Road.
A Dacula woman is missing a piece of jewelry worth thousands of dollars after a recent visit to Gold's Gym on Auburn Road.
The 42-year-old victim told Gwinnett County Police that sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on July 5, someone removed a $2,400 gold watch from her gym bag. It had been laying unsecured next to a piece of equipment.
After numerous reports of thefts and car break-ins over the past few years, the gym's management said previously that the facility has taken steps to deter crime.
