The woman, who reportedly moved out when the victim threatened to evict her, has allegedly been seen removing mail from the man’s mailbox on two separate occasions.

According to the victim, the first occasion was on June 29. The victim said he received a delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service, but the package was not there when he arrived home. The victim said he contacted the post office and spoke with the postal delivery worker who delivered his mail.
