Woman Fires Gun Into Ground During Argument

No one injured during June 23 domestic dispute.

A man who came home to find his wife in the arms of another man refused to press charges after his “angry and intoxicated” wife pulled a gun and fired a round into the ground.

The husband told police he returned home on June 23 and discovered his wife was at the pool with friends. The husband went to the pool and saw his 27-year-old wife and another man embracing each other. The husband, who admitted being upset, said he confronted his wife and told the other man “You do not do that with another man’s wife.”

According to the police report, the husband drove his wife home. When they arrived at the house, the husband informed his wife that he was taking her to her parent’s house for the night because he did not want her to stay at home.
