Woman Flashes Passing Motorist While Fleeing From Police
The woman, who police believe was under the influence of drugs, reportedly behaved erratically and would "speak gibberish" at times.
A woman who knocked on the door of a Sugar Hill residence and later exposed herself while running from officers was apparently under the influence of narcotics.
Gwinnett County Police were called to a home in the 1400 block of Hillcrest Drive in Sugar Hill on Dec. 3 after residents said a woman who had knocked on the door asking for water was refusing to leave.
According to the incident report, the 37-year-old woman appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

“[The woman] would speak plain English at one moment, then speak gibberish the next,” the officer wrote in the report. “[Her] movement was erratic and was consistent with someone who abused methamphetamines.”
