Dacula Candidate Forum Set for Oct. 20
Event will feature the three candidates seeking the council seat currently held by Tim Montgomery.
The Gwinnett County Republican Party will host a Dacula city council candidate forum on Thursday, Oct. 20.
The forum will feature the three candidates seeking the council seat currently held by Tim Montgomery. : former councilman Hubert Wells and political activist Vanessa Green. According to Gwinnett GOP representative Heather Alvarez, all three candidates have committed to attend.
Candidates will have the opportunity to address the public and will answer a series of submitted questions. At the end of the forum, citizens will have an opportunity to participate in a question and answer session with the candidates. To submit a question for inclusion in the forum, email Alvarez at heather@gwinnettrepublicans.com no later than Oct. 13.

The forum will begin at 7 p.m. at Dacula City Hall, 442 Harbins Road in Dacula, and is open to the public.
