Farmer’s Market Gets Go-Ahead

Dacula Planning Commission recommends approval for rezoning request.

Dacula property owner Ellis Lamme has moved one step closer to realizing his goal of opening a small farmer’s market on his property.

On May 31, the Dacula Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of Lamme’s for single family and agricultural uses.

Lamme plans to host a small farmer’s market for local growers. He also hopes to offer educational programs for area school children.

The Dacula City Council will vote on the rezoning request during its Thursday, June 2 meeting.

The council meets at , located at 442 Harbins Road in Dacula.
