Gwinnett State Court Offering Amnesty Program

Gwinnett State Court is offering citizens who are wanted on certain probation violation charges a chance to have their bench warrant recalled.

Between May 1 and June 30, citizens with outstanding misdemeanor probation warrants can avoid arrest by paying all fines and fees and fulfilling all other conditions of probation. For those cases in which probationers only owe fines and fees, the probation will be terminated upon payment.
