Incumbents Unopposed in Dacula City Council Elections
The qualifying period for the November elections ended Aug. 28.
There will be no changes to the Dacula City Council during the 2013 elections.
The qualifying period for this year's elections ended Wednesday, Aug. 28. Mayor Jimmy Wilbanks, Councilman Gregory Reeves and Councilman Wendell Holmes all qualified with no opposition.
Mayor Wilbanks thanked his supporters in a blog post on Dacula Patch.
In addition to the three unopposed races, the Nov. 5 election will also include a referendum on Sunday sales of packaged distilled spirits.
