Permits Issued for Addition of Second Floor, Basement Finish Work and New Construction

The following Dacula area building permits were recently issued by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning and Development.

Construction of single-family residence:

• 648 Cape Ivey Drive
• 2253 Cambridge Hill Court

Land disturbance only:

• 2983 Cambridge Hill Court

Heating and air conditioning work:

• 3840 Greenside Court – Replace HVAC system.
• 1445 Ridgemill Terrace – Replace HVAC system.

Other:

• 2085 Hamilton Creek Parkway – Permit issued for electrical work for equipment modifications.
• 2011 Birch Crest Place – Permit issued for basement finish (wet bar, bathroom, bedroom, office and rec area).
• 1625 Colleens Cask Terrace – Remodel residence, adding floor joist to make second floor.
