Hamilton Mill Home Prices Rise, but Sellers Facing Stiff Competition
New construction in the area is putting pressure on sale prices, but the neighborhood amenities package continues to exceed other local offerings.
A local real estate agent has good and bad news for Hamilton Mill homeowners.
In a Sept. 17 video report, Realtor Joshua Jarvis said the average list price for homes in Hamilton Mill is now up to $297,000. The bad news is the average sales price stands at $283,000 due in large part to stiff competition from new construction.
