Remarks: Employee with gloves on pushed trash down in can then proceed to move bags of pancakes into cooler then grabbed an english muffin to toast. Had him stop and discard muffin and change gloves. Employee cooked steak to 130F or below. Steaks discarded. Items in cooler on line above 41F and milk in front cooler above 41F. Foods were discarded. Employee handled trash then handled food without changing his gloves.

Remarks: Employee preparing food changed his gloves because they were dirty but did not wash his hands inbetween and then handled celery. Employee drinks, red bll, orange juice and bottle of water not in disposal cups with a lid and a straw. employeee drinks discarded.
