Cold-held potentially hazardous foods not maintained below 41F or below. Large pot of cooked pork in walk-in cooler cooling from previous night at 54F. Tortillas being stored in thank you to go bags. All foods must be stored in food-safe containers. Chlorine sanitizer not at adequate concentration. Ambient temp of cold holding drawers under grill at 52F and 1 dr cooler at 54F. Gaskets on cooler observed broken and falling apart on coolers. No drain plug on dumpster. Employee aprons, hats and coats stored on food.

Single use containers stored out of protective sleeve with food surface up. Personal foods stored with food for facility.
