Remarks: No consumer advisory on in-house menu and to-go menu for Chilaquiles Mexicanos (contains eggs that are cooked to order) and on back of menus for Huevos Ranchero. Cold-held potentially hazardous foods not maintained below 41F or below. Large pot of cooked pork in walk-in cooler cooling from previous night at 54F. Tortillas being stored in thank you to go bags. All foods must be stored in food-safe containers. Chlorine sanitizer not at adequate concentration. Ambient temp of cold holding drawers under grill at 52F and 1 dr cooler at 54F. Gaskets on cooler observed broken and falling apart on coolers. No drain plug on dumpster. Employee aprons, hats and coats stored on food.

Utensils must be stored on a clean surface or with the handle stored up out of food. Soy sauce buckets being reused for food storage. Single use containers stored out of protective sleeve with food surface up. Personal foods stored with food for facility.
