Remarks: Unwashed produce stored above ready-to-eat sauces in the walkin cooler. Found clean pans that had old food debris stuck to them. Potentially hazardous foods in the cold top cooler were >41F. Rice holding in the rice warmer measured 115F. (should be 135F or above). Pans not air dried prior to stacking. Using gloved hands, employee cleaned the grill, then put food onto the grill. Old stickers/residue left on "clean" food containers.
