Remarks: Bags of strawberries & mango were thawing in the hand sink. No paper towel provided at the hand sink. Employee rinsed a blender pitcher in the dish sink & then placed it on the clean drainboard. She didn't wash, rinse, sanitize. No written procedures available for food that uses time as a public health control. Oreo cheesecakes & tiramisus were held >7 days. Multiple bottles of flavoring syrups & simple syrup were unlabeled. No small-diameter probe thermometer available for measuring temperatures of thin-massed foods. Employee's bangs were not restrained while she was prepping food. Wet wiping cloth stored on the counter by the hand sink. Employee cut & then peeled a banana that wasn't not washed. Single-use containers (milk, lychee coconut jelly & lychee nata containers) are being re-used for teas & frozen fruits. The wash compartment was empty while employee was actively washing a blender pitcher; no soap was used.
