Here’s the Rally.org post:

Their journey started a few years ago and has continued to grow and expand, but, in 2014 these great young students have taken a major step. They have learned how to compete as a team, they have learned how to overcome adversity, they have learned how to build robots, they have learned how to write code and now they have learned how to win!

These 2 Mill Creek teams are made up of Mill Creek High School students from the 9th grade to the 12th grade. They have been competing in tournaments since November and have qualified for the Georgia State Championships, a first in Mill Creek history. They are on the verge of qualifying for the World Championships in Anaheim, California and that is what we rally for. To give these 2 teams the chance to compete against the greatest around the world at the Vex Robotics World Championships. A chance to accomplish not only a great adventure but more importantly to prepare for their futures as they prepare for college.

Please support these young men and women and help them complete the dream of not only going to the Georgia State Championships but now a trip to the World Championships and a potential World Championship!
