Woodall Announces Student Art Contest

Competition open to high school students throughout the seventh district.

Rep. Rob Woodall, R-Ga., is inviting area high school artists to participate in this year’s Congressional High School Art Competition.

“It is a great honor for me to extend this opportunity to high school students in our district,” Woodall said in a released statement. “In the past few months, I have been overwhelmed by the creativity and talent exhibited by the young people in the Seventh District.  I have no doubt that this year’s winner will be an outstanding example of the creative abilities reflected throughout our district.”

The winning artwork will be displayed in the United States Capitol and the winning artist will visit Washington, D.C. for a special ceremony with competition winners from across the nation.
