Several Hamilton Mill Homes Scheduled for Foreclosure

On the first Thursday of each month the foreclosure list comes out. This is a list of homes that will be auctioned at the courthouse steps the first Tuesday of the following month.

Did you know there are 15 homes in Hamilton Mill scheduled to be foreclosed on Oct. 4? Some of these homes are under contract as short sales, but some will be foreclosed.

For those of you who find yourselves on the list, a short sale could be your way to avoid the foreclosure. I will discuss foreclosures in all of Dacula in my next article on Dacula Patch and will go into detail as to how a short sale works.
