Dacula Soccer Club Kicks off Fall Season

Since its inception, the club has grown to over 2,000 players with teams competing at the recreation, academy and select levels in age groups ranging from U5 to U19.

The Dacula Soccer Club (DSC) kicked off its 13th season this past Saturday at Rabbit Hill Park. Since its inception, the club has grown to over 2,000 players with teams competing at the recreation, academy and select levels in age groups ranging from U5 to U19. The club also offers a U4 program -- Soccer Starts -- which introduces young players to the sport, and TOP Soccer, a program focused on children with disabilities.  Along with the many youth programs, DSC also manages an adult league.

“It’s a very exciting time for the club”, said Dacula Soccer Club Executive Director Jackie Fukartas. “The that will provide much needed space for practices and games. Player participation continues to grow and with the new fields, we’ll be able to accommodate the needs of our community. The club would like to thank the .”

The official groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion project is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 30, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. near the entrance to the park. Parents and players are welcome.
