Camp Gwinnett

Do you want to get your feet wet prior to going camping? Do you want to learn from other experienced campers? Then this is the event for you. Follow a scavenger hunt while visiting troops sharing camping experiences. Learn about cooking at camp. Learn to set up a tent and campsite. Find out how to make ice cream in the outdoors. Pet some ponies. All of this fun and much more is housed at a real organic farm in Gwinnett County. Girl Scouts are hosting booths where children can try everything from rolling up a sleeping bag to making a s'more. Fee is $5 for children 3 years and up. Adults are free if accompanying a child.
