Win for Wyn Wednesdays at Tanner's

You can help support local high school football scholarships! If it is Wednesday, it is Win for Wyn Wednesday. Lunch or dinner...it's a winner at Rick Tanner's in Dacula. A portion of the proceeds is donated to The Win for Wyn Foundation. Good times, great food, and a compelling cause!

The Win for Wyn Foundation is a non-profit foundation focused on rewarding Gwinnett County football seniors who exemplify strength, determination, and character both on and off the field. They are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young football players through providing college scholarships that instill belief, provide inspiration, and give hope. The foundation nourishes continuing relationships with past recipients and plays a pivotal role as they venture into college life and beyond.

The foundation was started by Coach Tommy and Mrs. Stephanie Scott in memory of their son, Wyn. Wyn Scott was born premature in 1999. Complications led to a brief but memorable life for the Scotts' only son. The scholarship provides for students that showed exceptional strength, determination, and character...the same character traits exemplified by their son in his brief 25 days of life.
