Falcons Have High Expectations for 2011 Season

This week’s Dacula Patch team of the week is the football team. Dacula Patch recently spoke with head coach about the upcoming season.

As head coach, what are your expectations for this season?
We have set high goals and expectations for our team. I want our players to do their very best in everything they do and to be consistently great.  If you can do that and stay healthy we have a great opportunity in front of us.

What are your key games?
Our rivalry - Mill Creek (August 26 at Home)
Region games - Brookwood (Sept. 9 at Home) and Grayson (Oct. 7 Away)

What is up next for your team?
Our scrimmage at home on Friday (Aug. 12) vs. Colquitt County at 7:30 p.m.

Do you have any coaches comments for the team?
I am very proud of our team for all they have accomplished to this point. We have come so far since February and now we can see all of our hard work payoff.

Would you like to say a few words to your Dacula fans out there?
I want to say thank you for the Dacula community and all of the supporters of our school, program and players. We simply could not be our best without everyone involved in our program. We are all one big family and I want let you know how much you are truly appreciated.
