The wrestling team finished in fourth place overall at the Area 7-AAAAA Tournament at Mountain View on Saturday, and in doing so qualified 10 wrestlers for sectionals.
Because of their strong performances at the area meet, the Hawks will send Austin Hagan, Mitch Loving, Tyler Beck, Josh Bridgewater, Michael Kempner, Marcos Rosenkjer, Matthew Suggs, Chandler Hogan, Ryan Bennett and Joe Cox to the sectional meet at Central Gwinnett High School.
The Hawks have shown great improvement as a team all season long and their 10 representatives at sectionals will look to continue that success on Feb. 11 and 12 in Lawrenceville.
