Co-Founders Pat Tippett and Kay Godwin state that GCIA is an organization founded to educate, motivate, and activate grassroots conservatives to have an effective voice in government. We wholeheartedly endorse Teresa Cantrell and hope Georgians in District 104 will join us.”

Cantrell has chosen not to seek individual political endorsements, but is honored to accept those of organizations like GCIA that share a common commitment to Christian principles.  Teresa explains, “I desire to be endorsed by the people of District 104 and like-minded groups that represent the values of this District. I have been honest and transparent about my beliefs and will not be indebted to any individual that does not have the best interest of the people at heart.” Cantrell has received previous endorsements from Georgia Right to Life, and Concerned Women for America and the highest candidate rating from The National Rifle Association.

Local leaders throughout the district have affirmed Cantrell.  Debbie Kalec, President Dacula Business Association says, “Gwinnett has benefited tremendously from Teresa’s vision, energy, and dedication to local business. In support of DBA she founded a free networking event at her Café 313 to encourage fellow business owners.”

Many pastors and church leaders concur. Business owner and 12Stone Church group leader Barb Bone adds, “I have known Teresa for 18 years, a woman whose core is true and honest. In these challenging times, she can be trusted to lean on her Christian foundation. Teresa is bold and courageous. She causes change by motivating others to focus on the priorities that matter to our community. She truly is a Godsend.”

Advocates of education throughout the area are excited to see Cantrell broaden her sphere of influence on behalf of children and parents. “Teresa cares deeply about education and will labor tirelessly for our children. Firsthand, I have watched her stand for the parent’s right to make educational decisions and fight resolutely to preserve the Dacula Library and promote literacy,” says educational leader Andrea Long.

“I support Teresa because I have experienced her ability to bring people together to build creative solutions. Together, we co-founded the Dacula Academic Community Foundation to provide grants to our outstanding teachers,” adds Dacula businessman Alan Anderson.

District 104 needs a strong voice at the Capitol, and Cantrell stands firmly committed to the values and moral principles of the community.  Ken Fletcher affirms, “I trust Teresa to defend religious liberties at the State Capitol. She has consistently modeled faith in action in her personal and business endeavors.”
