Since 1984, Dairy Queen has raised over $86 million dollars for the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals by donating $1 or more from each Blizzard treat sold on “Miracle Treat Day” to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital program. Last year, this event raised $5.5 million dollars and DQ is hoping to make 2011 a record-breaking year.

Children’s Miracle Network raises funds for 170 pediatric hospitals across North America. Funds are used to support research and training, purchase equipment and pay for uncompensated care.
