What You Need to Know for the Week Ahead in Dacula

Here are eight things you need to know for the week of Sept. 30 - Oct. 6:

1. The Dacula City Council will meet Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m.
2. Early registration is open for the Oct. 19 "Bark for Life" event at Rabbit Hill Park. Register by Oct. 11 to save $5 on registration fees.
3. Mark your calendars - the Elisha Winn Fair is this weekend, Oct. 5-6.
4. Interested in learning how to download eBooks from the library? The Hamilton Mill Library will host an eBook download tutorial on Oct. 2
5. What will the temperatures be like next week? Check your Dacula forecast here.
6. Meet calligraphy artist Maria Turk on Wednesday, Oct. 2, during a special event at the Hamilton Mill Library.
7. The deadline to register to vote in the City of Dacula and Gwinnett County November elections is fast approaching. If you are not already registered, click here to find out how to do so.
