FlipFlop is much more than a five-star service! The first time FF came to get Jack our 12-yr-old German-Mix, he hopped in the van willingly! He already knew the owner and the van from the home consultation we had earlier. He was placed in a home environment very similar to ours where his routines of taking walks, eating, getting his meds, and socializing remained constant. When he came home, I had to coax him out of the FF van! I talk up up FlipFlop to all my dog-lover friends. Try it; you won't be sorry!! KAS
