We split our shopping between this Ingles and the Mulberry Village Publix. Overall, I would say that the Ingle's has lower prices and better variety. We like the meat better than the other big chains, and the produce variety is far superior than Publix. The only thing lacking is the deli counter. I never see anyone shopping there although it looks pretty. We buy all our deli needs from Publix.

Shop there sporadically - always clean and produce is attractively displayed.
It's like walking into a 1960's grocery and nothings changed but the prices
Even though I can stream video, I like to be able to go grab a physical copy to watch. Its the only place to rent a video nowadays. With that being said..its a great place to pop in and grab something quick, but too many times I have found outdated food on the shelves.
