Exceptional customer service and pricing is fair and reasonable. I have never had a bad experience at Joey Watkins. Can't speak for the others as I have not used them.
We have been using Joey's services for several years. They are wonderful!!!. One of the best things about Joey's service is that they don't undertake repairs that they can't handle. They are not a full service auto repair shop and once they realize that the repair is not something they are experienced at doing, they will tell you.. They are your best bet for tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. We have always found them to be prompt and honest about what they can do and when your car will be ready.
I don't know what they mean when they advertise as part of their service "engine performance & diagnostics" because when my engine died on the side of the road, I called to see if they could fix it, they told me they "don't work on engines". If you need an oil change and are willing to leave your car for half a day or wait 3-4 hours, then they can do that. I'd still like to think I could use them for my car needs.
We love Joey and his staff! They are always so nice and they don't try and sell you something that isn't needed. They do a great job on both our vehicles. We have purchased tires, had emissions tested, oil changes and more. Joey Watkin's is our family car care center!
