This store is HORRIBLE! Oh geez, where do I start... Okay, let's work our way around from the entrance. Floral department: never staffed, have to go to customer service desk and have someone "paged" to floral if you need balloons, etc. Bistro & Deli: no complaints. Produce: gross! The fruit and vegetables are not fresh. Molded strawberries, brown grapes, gritty watermelon. Bakery: the donuts in the carousel are always empty, always. Seafood: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here. I have gotten so many batches of spoiled crab legs, shrimp, fish, it's R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!! They have an open case where they keep the fish and shellfish, and I promise you, I have seen BUGS, FLIES, etc. "IN THE CASE" on the food!!! If you take nothing else away from this review, please please please, do NOT purchase the seafood--DO NOT. Meat: I don't eat meat, so I cannot attest. Grocery and center isles, no complaints, it's standard packaged groceries. Dairy: look at the dates. Often times, I've found out of date yogurt, eggs, sour cream and cottage cheese on the shelf being sold. Always pull from the back where it's coldest and always look at the date. Pharmacy: no complaints. Checkout: a very young inexperienced staff, although nothing really bad to report, just watch the bagging, as they will put household cleaner in the bags with food items, which I don't like. Self Check Out: is a complete joke....the machines are horrible and there's NEVER an attendant anywhere in sight.

Comparison shop and check your receipt before you leave!! I always write down the price of the items on my grocery list, and then verify that I am charged the correct amount at the self-checkout. 90+% of the time there are errors, and they are NEVER in the customer's favor. When I finally get the attention of the person at self-checkout, it moves up to management, who goes and checks the posted price (after rolling their eyes and letting me know that they don't appreciate the hassle). On at least one occasion we've witnessed an on-duty manager ripping down the posted price and then arguing with us about the price of the item. No two ways about it: that's fraud.

We walked out and took that same grocery list to Publix. We were SHOCKED by how much cheaper the prices on the exact same items were at Publix!!! Never again do we darken the door of the Dacula Kroger.

I have never had anything but pleasant shopping experiences at this Kroger. I have received very polite service - and their prices are great!! So glad they're here!

Thoroughly unimpressed with the level of customer service I have received. I get better service from the vendors stocking their own shelves than I do from the store employees.

I would say giving this store a 1 is still too high. The staff could care less about the customers, never will help you find something, don't know the answers to a question you might ask and would rather chat amongst themselves. The aisles and store in general are crowded with products. I don't know if every Kroger is like this; however, if they are, the company needs a major overhaul in terms of customer service.

(Had to pick at least 1 star) because I haven't (really!) shopped there. The reviews in this article will probably convince me to stay with the 124/324 location.

I'm not really sure I don't understand other people.I have had nothing but great service at this Kroger and it's been greatI mean I give it 5 stars I don't understand what the other people are talking about but this Kroger for me has been fantastic!

I am a long time Kroger customer, and a former long time employee, and I have to agree with the bad appraisals! It all starts with the Store Manager, and the staff is representative of Store Manager standards. I will opt for 324 location always now, as the Store Manager can be seen in all aspects of operations, at virtually anytime, day or night. The Store Manager a Dacula store can be seen very infrequently, and generally just early in the morning. How this guy got a marquee location is beyond me!

1 as in UNO...ONE...onion scanned by clerk rings up as $11.02. And when it was pointed out to the clerk that it rang up wrong the clerk was rude and acted like she didn't know that was a problem. Really?

I was so excited to see this store open, but have ended up being VERY disappointed with it. I have gotten rude treatment several times in the deli and products not available at dinner time. I bought a corsage for my son's date and the clasp kept falling off all night; he was so embarassed. I have not gone back here, I either shop at Publix or the Kroger on SR 124. I've never had a problem at that store.

I find the Kroger staff helpfulness and abilities to be quite variable. The deli and bakery staffs are helpful, friendly and wonderful to deal with. On several occasions, however, I've waited for customer service while employees "butt in" line or carry on personal conversations with the desk staff while we wait. The check-out staffing is generally inadequate, and the meat counter staff, while pleasant, is not well trained.

I love the store and the people!!! The best I've been to by far!! I'm shocked at the ones who have not had a pleasant experience!!!

*

I completely agree about the poor customer service. We rarely have a good shopping experience and only shop there for some items because Publix does not carry them. It could be a great store if someone in charge addressed the lack of maturity in their employees.

Wow..

Just about every time I've gone to this Kroger, upon leaving at the checkout I have always and I mean always have been given the "hello sir how are you!" I cannot think of one time this has not happened.

I think the store is great, clean and well stocked.

Only issue I have is when doing self check out for beer and the warning goes off for the clerk to check your age.....the clerk is nowhere to be found.

Other than that....I love this Kroger!!

SLOW check out. The marked down aisle on the left hand side of the store is a joke. It's practically retail, as are the frozen food marked down items. They used to be wonderful and have great bargains when they opened, but obviously aren't making their quota of sales, so no more bargains!! Don't shop there anymore.

I was just in this store about an hour ago. I had to wait 10 minutes to check out. The elderly lady on the "Fast Line" needs to be on a slower check out.
Kroger advertises that they will open a line for you.
THIS IS NOT TRUE. I am a longtime Kroger customer.
This store lacks what is advertised onTV all the time.
This is not the first time I've had problems

Shopped here this morning, Saturday, 10:30 AM. There was 1 lane open besides the 15 item or less lane. I had a full cart and stood in line 3 people deep. A new cashier who approached me took my cart to the self check out and offered to assist. She started scanning the items and handed them to me to bag. I had no where to put them, so walked over and asked 1 of three baggers standing in the 15 or less lane to get a cart for me. One young man rudely said something to another one standing there and finally went and got a cart, brought it to me without a word and walked away again. This is last rude and poor customer service experience I will tolerate at this store. There have been too many to count. And I will tell everyone when the topic comes up. Get it together Kroger. Poor showing for a nice store!

I typical Kroger with rude employees and low tech services go to Publix instead

I have to agree that this store needs an "upgrade" when it comes to Customer Service. I have shopped there several times. I have never once been offered assistance getting my bags to the car.

One of the most unfriendly stores I shopped at. Thought it would be competition for Publix. I only use this Krogers for last minute items.
