Started with kids smoking by the basketball court. We need to ban smoking around there - it's so dry it's a fire hazard.

They unfortunately have no idea how dangerous that is. When we first moved to Georgia, we moved into a brand new subdivision. A construction worker at a nearby house discarded a cigarette into some landscaping pine straw. In no time, there was a major grass and brush fire. By the time FD arrived, it had already reached the trees and yard of the house next to us. It was really scary how quickly it spread. With the strong winds we've been having and all that dry grass, it could've easily spread to the clubhouse if it had happened at a time of day when lots of people were not around to call FD.

finally, we are having a hang out place to have a coffee , cake and spend time with friends in Dacula,
Cup cap Diva Girlz is opening Sat. 14th @ 10:30 AM in Dacula Plaza across from Post office ,by Fernando's Mexican Rest . on Dacula Rd.
I heard a lot of people will be there from Dacula City .

IT was great to see the past Mayor of Snellville out pressing the flesh in Hamilton Mill. Did not get to speak to him but did get to speak to one of this supporters on the snazzy "machine" as my Grandfather would say! This is an important election and it is great so see the candidates spending some time here in Hamilton Mill. We are a community of active citizens an I hope everyone will come out for the "2012 YOUR VOTE COUNTS!" Dinner Debate.

Awesome photo Elizabeth! I saw a spider like that on the ground one time and thought it was a rubber toy or something. I had never seen one like it and had no idea what kind it was. It is pretty -- for a spider.
