Two Dacula Men Arrested in Area Auto Theft, Break-Ins
Police charged the Dacula men and a suspected accomplice after finding them hidden in a subdivison's woods.
Three men, two from Dacula, were arrested in Buford's Deer Creek Trail subdivision early July 19 after residents reported suspicious activity. According to a GCPD report, Police were notified by concerned residents of a black male wearing a white T-shirt and dark jeans walking up and down the streets at 3:50 a.m. Police responding to the call located a red Jeep Liberty parked on the wrong side of the road. This car was later identified as a stolen vehicle from the Dacula area. The report says officers staked out the location and remained in the area of the subdivision, which led to the arrest of one of the suspects.
