Woman Carjacked at Dacula Gas Station As a 13-year resident of Dacula, I do not enjoy seeing these headlines any more than the next person. The reality remains though that we are close enough to the metro area to be affected by the same crimes that routinely afflict our more urban counterparts. The best course of action, as always, is to be alert and take basic steps such as locking your doors and exercising caution around strangers. Case in point: Redheaded Hitchhiker Kidnaps Dacula Man According to the police report, this was a case of a good Samaritan who learned a tough lesson.
