Girl Scout Cookie Sales Begin Friday
Cookies will be sold at several Dacula locations.
Tuesday will be a big day for Georgia's Girl Scouts. The international organization will be honored by Gov. Nathan Deal and the Georgia Legislature as it kicks off the countdown to its 100th anniversary in 2012. For more than 41,000 girls in 34 Greater Atlanta counties, however, the day marks the start of the annual cookie sale. Girl Scouts will be selling cookies at hundreds of locations, including shopping centers and offices beginning this Friday, Feb. 18. As part of the annual fundraiser, the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta have created a site to help cookie buyers find the nearest booth. Booth sites in Dacula include Little Caesar's, Riteaid, Walgreens, Kroger and Blockbuster locations. Visit cookielocator.littlebrownie.com/…
