The Barrow County government is hiring for the position of building service supervisor. Under limited supervision, this employee performs supervisory and administrative work coordinating and supervising the cleaning detail of the buildings and grounds department. Work involves oversight and management of the cleaning requirements for county buildings and grounds, including supervision of the building service workers, community service workers and inmate labor when used. This job requires an education level associated with a vocational school diploma, supplemented by two to three years of on-the-job experience in all aspects of building and grounds cleaning services.
