Creole Potato Salad Is Perfect Side Dish for Memorial Day Picnic

Potato salad is often a bland and boring side dish, but that does not have to be the case. Creole potato salad has a spicy Cajun flavor that makes this side dish a great addition to any cookout or picnic. This potato salad can be served cold or hot (I like both).
