About Cathy
Cathy Bruce is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer, Behavior Consultant and Certified K9 Nose Work Instructor. She owns Canine Country Academy in Dacula/ Lawrenceville, a dog training school specializing in all dog obedience, manners training, dog sports such as Agility, Rally Obedience and K9 Fun Nose Work as well as solving behavior problems taking a positive reward and relational approach. Cathy works with rescues around the area as well as the Operation Second Chance Jail Dog program in Gwinnett. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and has written numerous dog related articles for publications locally as well as around the country. She also does on going educational talks on Canine Body Language in the area.
