  Terrible customer service. My mother ordered flowers from here for my grandfathers funeral and THEY NEVER ARRIVED!! This included the spray for the top of the casket. They kept giving excuses as to why they weren't delivered and they finally were dropped at the gravesite the day after the funeral. Then to top it all off, they look like a 5 yr old had assembled them. We had another flower shop in Winder take a look at them and were told what my mother paid over $650 for was worth less than $100. Mom took the flowers back to the shop but the owner was rude and would not refund the money. The charges were disputed and were refunded by the credit card company. If I were you, I'd stay away from these people!
