New Assisted Living Facility to Create 30 Jobs
Ivy Springs Manor is currently accepting reservations for its new facility and will begin hiring in the near future.
An assisted living facility opening this spring will bring new senior care options and jobs to the area.
Ivy Springs Manor will be located on Gravel Springs Road near the Mall of Georgia. The 77-unit facility will include 54 assisted living rooms and 23 dedicated to memory care patients.
Community relations director Donna McDougal said the facility will have cutting-edge technology, spacious rooms and all-inclusive pricing, but the most important feature will be the staff.

“We’re going to have a wonderful staff,” she said. “We’re going to welcome [residents] in with love and take care of them.”
McDougal expects to hire 30 staff members for the facility. Hiring will begin later this spring.

Ivy Springs Manor is scheduled to open in May. McDougal said the facility is currently accepting reservations. Potential residents and family members are invited to visit the onsite welcome center at 3177 Gravel Springs Road, Buford or visit the Ivy Springs Manor website for additional information.
On Monday, Feb. 13, representatives from Ivy Springs Manor will be at Mall of Georgia BB&T Bank, 3400 Buford Drive, from 5:30-6 p.m. for a cupcakes and champagne reception. For more information, call 770-573-9096.
