Quality control technician — Performs microbiological tests, tests fat composition, performs raw, intermediate and finished milk and product analysis and performing environment tests, among additional duties. Click here for details.

MIX HTST operator — Starts, runs and shuts down HTST, monitors equipment controls, butterfat, product temperatures and makes adjustments as needed, records daily production activity and regulatory information and performs basic mechanical adjustments, among other duties. Click here for details.
