Storage Building, Outdoor Storage Requests Go Before BOC

BOC also voted on request related to tire/automotive store rezoning and special use permit.

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners (BOC) voted on three local cases during its Dec. 17 public hearing.

The BOC unanimously approved a request to construct a 2,400-square-foot metal storage building on property located in the 2000 block of Winder Highway and two rezoning requests related to outdoor storage on property in the 5300 block of Braselton Highway

rezoning request and a related special use permit request which would have allowed the construction of a tire/automotive store on Gravel Springs Road was denied without prejudice.

The BOC's actions followed the recommendations made by the Gwinnett County Planning Commission during its Dec. 3 meeting.
